At BookMySolar, we deliver both physical and digital solar solutions with speed, care, and transparency. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery terms for solar hardware and digital services.

🔆 1. Physical Products (e.g., Solar Panels, Inverters, Batteries)

✅ Coverage:

We ship to most Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities across India. For remote or rural areas, availability will be confirmed post order.

⏱️ Delivery Timeline:

Standard Delivery: 7–10 working days from order confirmation.

Bulk or Customized Orders: 10–15 working days depending on stock and logistics.

Delays due to site access, weather, or vendor coordination may apply.

💰 Shipping Charges:

Full System Orders (with installation): Shipping is included in the total package price.

Product-only Orders (no installation): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and item weight.

📦 Packaging & Handling:

We use secure, industry-standard packaging to ensure safe transit of all solar components.

🚚 Delivery & Tracking:

You’ll receive a tracking ID once the shipment is dispatched. For orders with installation, delivery will be coordinated by the assigned EPC partner.

💻 2. Digital Products (e.g., Solar Insurance, Reports, Service Packages)

📩 Delivery Method:

Digital products are delivered via email and/or your BookMySolar dashboard within 24–48 hours of successful payment.

✅ Access:

You will receive:

Insurance policy documents (PDF)

Activation confirmation for services

🚫 No Physical Shipping:

Since these are digital goods, no physical delivery or shipping charges apply.

⚠️ 3. Delays & Exceptions

In rare cases, delays may occur due to service provider issues, documentation errors, or technical problems. We’ll notify you and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Ensure correct contact details (email, phone, and address) at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
